Job Description

WorleyParsons is currently looking to recruit a Workforce Planning Administrator to join the team in Aberdeen City Centre on a contract basis for 3 months. This role is responsible for maintaining all data on Project Delivery personnel upmans and downmans, and will manage all administration duties related to people movement in the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the requirements of the project delivery technical resource team are met effectively
  • Co-ordinate and maintain commercial project resource reports (mob/demobilisation plans)
  • Interrogate, analyse and produce statistical reports from resource data across the business
  • Co-ordination and maintenance of Asset Support Function personnel resource lists including maintaining lists of personnel upmanning and downmanning
  • Preparation and commercial reporting/analysis of technical resource KPI's
  • Ongoing management, maintenance and development of the Workforce Planning SharePoint site
  • Assist with preparation of Worforce Planning documents, presentations and reports
  • Maintain accurate filling system for Asset Support Technical Resource team
  • Provide administrative support in initiating relevant Asset Support Function IR's where required
  • Work closely with Functional Management and Project Delivery Teams to ensure sustainable workload for all personnel

Role Requirements

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of database management and associated statistical reporting
  • Ability to interface and interact with management / personnel at all levels
  • Ability to work both at project and corporate levels
  • Experienced in the production of detailed documents / reports / presentations
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety
  • Strong analytical skills
