Duration: 6 months

Start Date: ASAP

Worley is currently recruiting for a Turbine Technician for Total.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our offshore team on the Culzean.

Key aims and objectives

  • This shall be carried out in accordance with the legislative requirements, company health, safety, environmental, integrity policies, and company procedures.
  • Actively support a working environment based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and supporting the development of a high level of asset integrity and reliability in the design to deliver Operational and Maintenance Excellence in subsequent Operations

Role Requirements:

  • Ensure all Turbines and rotating equipment are defined in the CMMS system in accordance with all company and vendor processes and procedures to ensure they are operated and maintained correctly at all times
  • The role will be rotational in Singapore build site until approximately May 2018 (4/4), prior to North Sea rotation for Hook- up & Commissioning (HUC) phase (3/3).
  • This position will support SEAMLESS production startup and daily operations and maintenance during operational phase circa July 2019.
  • Responsible for offshore maintenance and safe operation of the Turbine and rotating equipment and systems, and daily reporting of status

All candidates should hold the following Qualifications & certification:

  • Recognised relevant NVQ qualification and/or relevant HN
  • RCFA, 5 whys or other similar defect investigation technique
  • Prior SAP / CMMS experience
  • BOSIET/EBS
  • Approved Offshore Medical

Ideally, candidates will also have the following experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Competent in the fundamentals of rotating equipment operations
  • Experienced in the use of Control of Work procedures
  • Maintenance support or technical engineering discipline experience in oil and gas processing plant
