Job Description

Worley is recruiting a Training and Competency Administrator to join our corporate support team in Aberdeen city centre on a permanent basis.

Role Overview

  • To ensure the administrative requirements of the Training and Competence team are met effectively.
  • Provide a proactive and customer focused service within the Training & Competence team
  • Support the Training and Competence Manager and Focal Points with administrative requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all administration is carried out professionally, following best practice guidelines and in accordance with company procedures
  • Have a robust understanding of the Training and Competency Management System (TrainingPortal), ensuring that, where required, reports can be produced
  • Support Training & Competence Manager with corporate initiatives and training activities
  • Support Training & Competence Focal Points with training matrix changes and administer the management of change process
  • Update Training and Competence role requirements in Training Management System (TrainingPortal)
  • Support Training & Competence Manager with the implementation of the White Collar Competence Management process, providing administrative support where required
  • Support Training & Competence Focal Points with monthly reporting
  • Support with internal audits on Training and Competence team
  • Support with Worley's Apprentice and Improver scheme
  • Support with the administration of the ECITB / SQA Approved centre
  • Review weekly training reports for corporate
  • Administer changes to Processes and Procedures through the management of change process
  • Attend meetings and produce minutes/take actions as required
  • Day to day administration within the training and competence department

Role Requirements

Qualifications and Training

  • IT Literate (Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc)
  • Good educational background (Standard Grades or equivalent)

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Regular use of major software packages i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience of Training/Learning Management Systems
  • Experienced in team working
  • Able to interface and interact with Management and Client representatives at all levels
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
