Job Description

Primat, a subsiduary of Worley is currently recruiting a dynamic Recruitment Resourcer with experience in the Rail industry to join our team based in Stockton-on-Tees in permanent part-time position.

We're looking for a proactive individual to identify, attract and engage the best quality candidates in the market to deliver on the expectations of our customers.

The main activity of this role involves conducting highly targeted resourcing activity, supporting the ongoing growth and development of Primat's KPIs and business objectives. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with suitable candidates, customers and other external stakeholders, understanding market drivers in order to build strong pipelines for long term requirements.

Key aims and objectives:

  • Understand Client and market drivers in order to develop and manage relationships with suitable candidates to fulfil short term opportunities and build strong pipeline for long term requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Contractors, Clients and other operational stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to Primat's service offering.
  • Achieve resourcing KPI's as dictated by Business requirements.
  • Ensure all administrative activity is accurately recorded and stored in the relevant system.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Gain knowledge and understanding of relevant competencies, technical knowledge, industry projects and local markets
  • Build and develop a reliable network of candidates across relevant disciplines and competencies to meet the short and long term requirements of the business
  • Provide Recruitment Consultants with candidates that possess the relevant skills, knowledge competencies and qualifications to match current live requisitions and future project requirements
  • Conduct targeted searches (utilising job boards / databases / other media / job fayres etc), to find suitable candidates
  • Support resourcing / marketing campaigns
  • Qualify candidates in-line with agreed customer / business / legislative screening requirements
  • Ensure all administrative activity is accurately recorded and stored in the relevant system.
  • Strong team ethic, with a commitment to collaborate with colleagues
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with job and grade

Experience & skills:

  • External recruitment experience, resourcing roles across all levels
  • Strong team ethic with a commitment to collaborating with colleagues
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment is desirable
  • Proficient ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous resourcing, pipelining roles
