Job Description

Great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a long-term role, central Middlesbrough.

The successful applicant will enjoy being responsible for project costs from initial estimate through to completion, being in control of project finances and contractual relationships. You will ensure the financial position of the project is accurately reported and controlled effectively.

Successful applicant must have previous experience in a similar role. Being educated to degree level would be a distinct advantage.

Specific accountabilities will include, but not be limited to:

Marketing & Business Development

Estimating & Tendering

Project Management & Planning

Suppliers & Sub-Contractors

Administration
