Job Description

Primat Recruitment recherche un expert en support d'infrastructure portuaire pour le compte de l'une des plus grandes multinationales des énergies renouvelables. Le site principal du projet concerné se trouve en France et le candidat retenu devra être en mesure de s'y rendre régulièrement tandis que certaines tâches peuvent être réalisées en télétravail.

Le poste consiste à assister le client dans la livraison des phases I&C (Construction & Installation) et O&M (Opérations & Maintenance) pour le port en question.

FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Identifier la meilleure solution pour une base O&M portuaire permanente.
  • Assister le client dans la sélection et l'évaluation des emplacements les plus appropriés à l'établissement du port.
  • Evaluer les infrastructures, les installations, les équipements et les bâtiments portuaires existants et leur aménagement.
  • Réaliser l'étude de faisabilité du port - approbation de l'aménagement.
  • Assister le client en cas de difficultés d'ordre juridique (technique et stratégie)
  • Réaliser l'analyse de risque
  • Évaluer l'impact sur l'environnement (EIE) - Définition du contenu du dossier
  • Évaluer l'impact sur l'environnement (EIE) - Exécution et rapports.
  • Porter assistance lors de la négociation du contrat entre le propriétaire du port et le port.
  • Estimer le programme et le budget.
  • Planifier, conduire, suivre et superviser des travaux réalisés par SETEC.
  • Collaborer avec SETEC sur la production conjointe des livrables.
  • Travailler indépendamment sur les livrables assignés par l'ingénieur des ports et / ou le responsable de la construction.
  • Compiler les rapports, gérer le programme et le budget, y compris les progrès initiaux et continus.
  • Informer les parties prenantes locales de l'avancement des travaux
  • Préparer des rapports sur lesquels le directeur de la construction se basera dans ses prises de décisions
  • Prendre part aux réunions de coordination régulières entre SETEC, les parties prenantes internes et externes selon les besoins.

DIPLÔMES ET EXPÉRIENCE

  • BEng (Bachelor in Engineering - licence professionnelle) Génie Civil.
  • Expérience préalable en planification, conception et construction d'infrastructures portuaires.
  • Connaissance et expérience préalables en matière de législation locale, réglementations de construction, accords, prise en charge des parties prenantes, etc. relatives aux infrastructures portuaires et à la construction de bâtiments dans les zones portuaires
  • Maîtrise de la langue française à un niveau avancé
