Job Description

Worley are recruiting for a Heli Technical Administrator for upto 3 months.

Key Aims and Objectives:

  • To provide administrative support as required to platform management and supervision covering all aspects of site operations.
  • Effective communication with any other relevant platform personnel and Onshore Support

Role Requirements:

  • Conduct agreed flight admin duties including:

o Check in and departure procedures

o Liaison with RSR UK Ltd and Employing Company logistics

o Communicate aircraft movement with all relevant parties

  • Monitoring and update of all Safety Inspection and Audit programmes and Client Action Tracking System
  • Maintain and update all platform databases and administrative systems to ensure technical integrity standards are maintained and documentation is in place for inspection as required by internal and external auditors
  • Management and maintenance of the Platform Training Programme and associated budget in conjunction with HSEA
  • Maintain the Platform Competency System records ensuring compliance with Safety Case and legislation
  • Administer training programme to ensure that all Client and named Contractors Training Records are currently valid and kept in date, in accordance with Platform, Company and Statutory requirements
  • Maintain stationary stocks and manage allocated stationary budget effectively with minimum waste
  • Support and improve team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Adopt a flexible working attitude to provide support across all departments to ensure team success
  • Create, maintain & enhance effective working relations and identify and minimise interpersonal conflict
  • Maintain effective communication with all work colleagues at all levels
  • Ensure comprehensive records and logs are maintained and effective handovers are carried out at shift and crew change
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and be able to apply it in the workplace

Heath & Safety

  • Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with RSR UK Ltd HS&E policy, procedures and Safety Management System
  • Be familiar with and follow the Repsol Sinopec Golden Rules for Health and Safety at all times
  • Comply with all relevant WP HS&E policies and procedures where appropriate
  • Actively participate and support all platform and company Health, Safety & Environmental plans, initiatives and improvement
  • Report all accidents and incident
  • Carry out Emergency Response duties in accordance with RSR UK Ltd requirements

Qualifications and Certification:

  • VQ Administration or equivalent
  • Radio Operator Licence
  • Vantage Training
  • RSR UK Ltd ISSOW Awareness
  • Synergi User experience
  • Valid UK Offshore Certificates
  • Dangerous Goods
  • OMET
  • Radio
