Job Description

Primat Recruitment recherche un gestionnaire de contrats gratuits pour le compte de l'une des plus grandes multinationales des énergies renouvelables. Le site principal du projet concerné se trouve en France et le candidat retenu devra être en mesure de s'y rendre régulièrement tandis que certaines tâches peuvent être réalisées en télétravail.

Le rôle du gestionnaire de contrats gratuits est de soutenir la livraison du projet Offshore Wind.

FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Détailler les évaluations contractuelles en appui à l'analyse de rentabilisation du projet : surveiller les performances des entreprises prenant part au projet afin de garantir que les objectifs de qualité, de santé, de sécurité et financiers soient atteints et veiller à ce que le projet soit mis en œuvre dans le respect des conditions du contrat tout en reposant sur de solides principes commerciaux et de gestion des risques.
  • Mettre en œuvre les processus et procédures nécessaires à l'établissement de relations avec des fournisseurs stratégiques clés (et travaux connexes) pour le projet concerné.
  • Superviser la négociation et la réalisation d'un ensemble spécifique de contrats pour des accords d'éoliennes.
  • Anticiper les risques contractuels et commerciaux, les opportunités et les menaces pesant sur le projet et mise en œuvre des mesures ou actions de contrôle.
  • Contrôler la conformité des projets et suivre les processus et procédures standard lors du développement ou de l'exécution de chaque parc éolien.
  • Veiller au maintien des relations avec tous les sous-traitants et fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner toutes les activités juridiques et d'approvisionnement pour la zone du projet.
  • Gérer la stratégie de chaîne d'approvisionnement pour la zone spécifique du projet.
  • Soutenir l'amélioration continue des stratégies contractuelles, des aspects commerciaux et des conditions contractuelles.

DIPLÔMES ET EXPÉRIENCE

  • Diplôme et qualification professionnelle dans un domaine d'ingénierie pertinent (mécanique / électrique / génie maritime / architecture navale).
  • Expérience conséquente dans le secteur dont une expérience significative dans le secteur de l'énergie.
  • Expérience préalable en réalisation de projets multidisciplinaires complexes.
  • Expérience préalable en négociation et gestion de contrats.
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique dont Microsoft Office et autres logiciels de gestion de projets informatiques.
  • Disposé à se déplacer en Europe.
