Job Description

Primat are currently looking for a CMMS Planner Scheduler for an adhoc trip offshore.

The candidate must have demonstrable CMMS planning/coordination experience, and all valid offshore certs.

  • Provide technical administrative support to the offshore management team, in particular the OIM in relation to reporting and installation management systems and the Maintenance Supervisor in relation to record keeping and CMMS updates.
  • Ensure that the Installation Asset Plan is transmitted effectively to the offshore management team as updated by the onshore planner periodically and following the planning meetings
  • Responsible for filing and updating management manuals and for ensuring that the MOC process is followed effectively.
  • To ensure that all equipment records, certification, drawings, vendor information etc offshore are compiled and filed effectively and that all systems are appropriately kept up to date.
  • Clerical and administrative duties and support as directed by the OIM and Maintenance Supervisor
  • Fulfil the allocated responsibilities of the Safety Management Systems
  • Responsible for the control of all technical and vendor manuals, documents, drawings, and certification to be held onboard
  • Maintain CMMS database records
  • Update maintenance system performance monitoring records for entry into the process safety management system
  • Recording maintenance activities as required by the planned maintenance system as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor to identify priorities to plan maintenance and shutdown activities to minimise downtime and maximise production
  • Distribute and plan work orders as required by the planned maintenance system and as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Prepare and update maintenance reports and manpower usage records and reports
  • Carry out maintenance system administration duties and other clerical and administrative duties and support as directed by the OIM and Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Ensure the engineering management of change process is correctly managed and ensure changes are recorded and processed correctly
  • Ensure that all document changes including CAMS is recorded and updated following the BAUK MOC process.
  • Manage the 'Standing Instruction' register offshore and ensure all new, changed and rescinded SIs are communicated effectively to the offshore and onshore management team.
  • Compile all inputs to the installation 'Morning report' and once approved, transmit to the onshore and offshore management teams as directed.
  • Act as 'Scribe' within the offshore Emergency response management team.
  • Provide technical administrative support to the offshore management team, in particular the OIM in relation to reporting and installation management systems and the Maintenance Supervisor in relation to record keeping and CMMS updates.

  • Three (3) years' experience in the UK/North Sea offshore oil & gas environment preferably on a FPSO
  • Conversant with quality management principles
  • Good working knowledge of general administration duties
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with safety management systems and the requirements of a UKCS Safety Case.
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skills.
  • All minimum offshore OGUK/MIST/EBS/Shoulders/FTT etc Certification & OGUK medical
