We supply candidates on a temporary or permanent basis, to customers across a range of industry sectors, including the onshore and offshore environments. We are experts in supplying highly competent personnel to support white collar and blue collar project requirements across high risk and hazardous operating environments.

Our flexible business model enables us to adapt to the specific challenges our customers face. For example, we frequently deploy resources to support our customer’s recruitment and resourcing efforts through the following standard engagement types:

  1. Remote & shared support – our customer benefits from the shared knowledge and expertise of our recruiters in one of our recruitment hub’s in London, Teesside and Scotland
  2. Remote & dedicated support – as above, with additional customer support offered to the customer through an individual customer sponsor to address the recruitment challenge on a one-to-one basis
  3. Recruitment partner, dedicated support – as above, with additional support from an individual focal point to be regularly present on site or in the office to support planning on a face-to-face basis
  4. Full time implant, dedicated support – a common approach adopted by our long-term customers. All our consultants utilise a custom built, cloud based candidate database system. This enables our teams to share access to top talent wherever they are in the world. Our system enable us to create custom dashboards and customer portals with ease, meaning our customers can access real time insight into data available at any stage of the recruitment process.

Through our dedicated and collaborative approach, and our custom recruitment system, our consultants are ideally placed to be proactive in their approach. Our consultants will regularly engage customer focal points to understand where talent gaps may be emerging, and will work persistently in the background to develop quality candidate pipelines to ensure talent is ready and waiting, when and where it is needed.
