Our top team
3rd March 2017
Today, Friday 3rd March is Employee Appreciation Day. In light of this, Primat Recruitment decided to open up peer-to-peer recognition with three separate employee awards. We invited our team to nominate those who they felt had gone above-and-beyond in their day-to-day work and provide reasons for why they felt that individual should be rewarded for their efforts.
Individuals could be nominated for one of three categories:
• Putting the customer first
• Living our values
• Commitment to the cause.
The winners were revealed during our monthly company catch-up earlier this week.
Head of Primat, Jenny Godden, said “I’m pleased to say that we have a really talented and hardworking team who regularly go the extra mile for their colleagues and the business, so it’s something we really want to shout about! These awards are a great way to recognise a few individual contributions over the past year.”
Our award winners were…
From left to right....Lisa Dobson, Adam Gallagher and Nicki Forsyth
Lisa Dobson for ‘putting the customer first’
Awarded because “Lisa is always gives 100% in everything that she does and it shows in the relationships that she has developed with both her contractors and managers. She manages to keep a foot in each camp brilliantly and does so whilst remaining completely professional at all times.”
Adam Gallagher for ‘commitment to the cause’
Awarded because “Adam drives forward business development and supports others to do the same to promote Primat and the external business. He is driven and determined to make an impact in the rail division. His focus and commitment to his role is admirable.”
Nicki Forsyth for ‘living our values’
Awarded because “Nicki does an excellent job of listening, understanding and managing the expectations of both her client as a customer and her contractors, and constantly goes above and beyond to support her stakeholders.”
Congratulations to our award winners and a big well done to everyone in Primat for their continued hard work and effort!
