Primat Recruitment is recruiting in advance for a Subcontracts Manager Two thirds of the work will be carried out in the North East of England while the remainder of the work will be carried out on site in Libya. As Subcontracts Manager you will have experience in all elements of subcontracting for oil and gas and Construction production or process facilities. You must have experience in coordinating subcontracting activities on a world-wide basis and domestic and Foreign E/P/C subcontract administration experience with increasing managerial/supervisory responsibilities. You will also have significant Post Graduate experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Qualifications Requirement: - A degree or equivalent - Extensive procurement experience in subcontract administration in Bidders organization.
