Primat Recruitment is recruiting for one of its Major clients, who are looking for a Mechanical Technician to be based in Teddington. A permanent position with a very competitive salary plus benefits. Our client is focused on providing a high quality support services to a number of Facilities Management contracts. You will undertake on a daily / weekly basis the site Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system to electrical, mechanical, gas and Heating Ventilating Contractors’ Association (HVAC) services. Further duties will include minor installation works, Technical Surveys and any other duties which are within your competence and experience. Ideal persons should have a good mechanical /electrical building services working experience. If you have any experience within Refrigeration / Air Conditioning and / or relevant qualifications this would be an advantage.
