Civil/ Structural Discipline Manager (Refineries & Power Generation) Primat Recruitment Limited a part of the AMEC group are recruiting for a Civil/Structural Discipline Manager in respect of a permanent position based in Darlington In this role you will be reporting in to the Operations Manager and will ensure delivery of engineering design deliverables. You will be working on a range of construction Projects including sites such as Refineries & Power Plants Key responsibilities of the role will be the management of Civil Engineers and ensuring quality and safety of designs also the adherence to and the development of procedures and standards. You will prepare Man hour estimates for work and maintain the Man hour & Schedule performance. You will be required to manage and attend SHE Reviews. You will be responsible for interdisciplinary design coordination as well as communicating information to the team and ensuring continual improvement in productivity. It is essential for this role that you are BSc/BEng (or equivalent) and have a Substantial period of experience in the designated position + Oil and Gas/Petrochem experience.
