Job Purpose To support the Business Development (BD) Team in London providing clear, concise, exciting tender return proposals for maintenance of HVCA plant and soft services. To support the BD Team in completing and returning all PQQ / Request For Information (RFI) enquiries. Aims and Objectives • Timely submission of all Tenders / PQQ / RFI’s • Win 1 in 4 PQQ / RFI submission Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Review of tender documentation • Identify key areas of risk within a tender • Establish boiler plate return documentation for BD team use • Extract key USP’s for use in Executive Summary • Arrange all internal CRB meetings • Write in a clear, concise, engaging and active voice • Produce presentations in PowerPoint with guidance from the BDM’s • Upload enquiry and return documentation into company CRM system (SIC) • Apply innovative and alternative solutions to tender requirements • Produce a monthly report on all sales activities • Effective use of graphics within a document • Attend post tender presentations if required • Present clearly and confidently • Attend site visits when necessary Health & Safety • All staff are required to fulfil their legal duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions, and to follow all guidance and instructions given in this respect.
